Submitting a quote request, contact form, or email sign-up does not create a contract or obligate either party. Please give us accurate contact details. Estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and may change after we inspect the property. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that work.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by The Rice Organization, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

If you send us photos, feedback, or other materials, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them to respond to you and to improve our services. We will not publish your name or property photos publicly without your permission.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
